Founded in 2003 by Marine Corps veteran Jose Valenzuela, Noble Tech Services grew out of a revolution in the video surveillance world. As digital video replaced VCRs, Noble evolved right alongside it — adopting IP-based systems, cloud infrastructure, and eventually artificial intelligence to stay ahead of an industry in constant motion.
